We all know that feeling, or rather – that combination of feelings, aching and discomfort that comes with a night of heavy drinking; an effect that is although so overwhelming we never truly come to regret it still, because it almost always happens again. Like telling a small lie or procrastinating your work. Well, because a lot of us are suffering from this mutual disorder of self-punishment, here’s our attempt to give you a crash course to understanding what it is that you’ve been doing to your body and how, when and where you may make the pain go away.
