Stop, think and drink!
We’re sure that while you’re indulging that glass of beer, suddenly you start thinking about the taste, texture and now you’re tossing out opinions and discussions. Now you’re planning to start taking notes and starting a blog. Well before you do, sit and think. Taste is a very subjective topic so always compose your thoughts and remain as objective as possible. You don’t need to be a Beer Scientist to really enjoy beer.
