Party Green With Envi

Posted 6th October 10 at 11:07 pm by Amin Khairuddin

Party Green With Envi1. Carry a portable ashtray. Wahey – they’re as mobile as your cig packs!

Stub your cigarettes in provided ashtrays, or if you’re outside, carry a portable one. Be clever; don’t just chuck your cigarette butts outside your car window or on the sidewalk. They may be small, but they don’t disappear. Remember that there are millions of other smokers like you.

Chucking your fag in the drain won’t help either – you’d be clogging up the sewers. Cigarette butts can take up to 10 years to deteriorate. That’s the lifespan of your pet dog, or erm, parakeet. So be handy and get yourself a portable ashtray – they come all sorts of cool designs and can be purchased at specialty shops and bazaars like the Ampcorp Mall flea market and Petaling Street.

    1) Collect rainwater for gardening or flushing the toilet.
    2) Mop the floor with water only and use detergents occasionally.
    3) Use vinegar to pour on ants’ colony. Or a few slices of cucumber. The ants will hate it.
    4) Some glasses or mugs or dishes that are not very dirty or oily, wash it with tap water only. Use less detergent.
    5) I made garbage enzymes to use as detergents for washing toilets and floors. The residue is used as fertiliser for plants.
