Enchanting tales, ancient melodies and fairy moods – these are what inspired the musical world created by French singer and harpist Cécile Corbel. She has released a total of 4 albums of original songs, including the highly acclaimed “Songbook Vol. 2” which captured the attention of Studio Ghibli’s head producer. In 2010, she wrote and recorded the original soundtrack for the movie “The Secret World of Arrietty”, earning her the “Soundtrack Album of the Year” award and the Golden Disc Award in Japan.
