Type: Quadruple Ale
Alcohol Content: 11.3%
Straight out of the bottle you’ll notice the dark brown body with medium levels of carbonation. The head dissipates quite quickly into a thin film with a nice lacing. Clear scent of cherries followed by dark fruits that could be plums and raisins as well some caramel. Once you take a gulp, you’ll be able to taste hints of coriander, cocoa and vanilla with a brandy finish to it. For a beer that has a 11.3% ABV, it’s quite easy to drink due to its carbonation level.
