It is cloudy and copper-brown beer with a think creamy head that releases a very fragrant floral aroma. You can smell apples, pears with a hint of peach that is quite pleasing to the nose. On the tongue you’ll be able to taste a little bit of orange and banana thanks to the Belgian yeast. It’s a nice mouthful that is a bit bitter with a very dry end. The light body and high amounts of carbonation makes it quite sharp and rough on the palate but refreshing none the less.
