Once it’s in your glass, you’ll notice the red, coppery color topped with a thick, creamy head. It gives out a light fruity peachy aroma thanks to the fermentation process. The beer strikes a balance between its fruity fragrance and its distinct silky taste which has a slight bitter end to it. This is a top fermented Trappist beer which is fermented in the bottle.
