Brewed the same way since the 1850s, this tripel style top fermentation beer goes through another fermentation process in the bottle leaving a subtle fruitiness to it. Once you pop the bottle, you’ll notice the sweet scent of caramel malts, a hint of spices. It has a cloudy red amber tone body with a light foamy head if poured straight from the bottle. It’s an easy to drink beer thanks to its medium body and low carbonation. You can taste a slight bit of raisin, caramel, spices that ends on a light citrus note. It’s a nice Belgian Pale Ale that is worth checking out.
