Spicy soft shell crab with pickle vegetable
Paired with Konig Ludwig Weissbier. You can taste the hint of orange and coriander which stands out to the spiciness of the soft shell crab. The beer makes a perfect complement to the Asian style dish.
Konig Ludwig Weissbier
This beer has a sweet floral aroma and you can taste a hint of citrus once you take a sip. A wheat beer that goes well with any seafood and poultry dish.
