Paired with Timmermans Framboise. The freshness of the salmon tartar compliments with the sour flavors of the Framboise to wet the palate as a starter.

This Lambic beer is flavored with the ripe, sweet taste of raspberries. This is a good beer to introduce to your lady friends due to its distinct fruity taste.
