Owned by the same gastronomes of Tamarind Springs and Tamarind Hill, Neo is best described as ‘the new Zen’, a domain where you can immerse yourself in the experience of gourmet tapas, music and drinks. The sound of running water at the entrance will drown out the piercing noise of the city and the uber-cool green space within offers the illusion of being out of town. Hypnotic liquid walls, a colossal chandelier and the galactic bar are main features of Neo’s interior, designed to transcend anyone beyond their state of mind.
Indulge in their range of colourful cocktails such as the Orange Brulee, Black Forest, Apricot Cider, Balzamic Fraich and Desire Myrtille. Salut! Or give in to their equally vibrant menu – try the Hot Air Agent, a coke-glazed (the cola drink, yeah) lamb loin with oven-baked garlic and gorgonzola or the Blow Torch Agent, foie gras with mango puree, oven dried watermelon and mint salt. Neo is also pork-free.
