Spread over 4 former colonial era digs on Asian Heritage Row, the re-branded Heritage Live @ Upstairs still features a fantastic light show and a top notch soundsystem. Always packed with young up-for-it party animals, if you’re looking to hook up, this is a good place to start. Closing time is at 5am! Dush-dush-dush!
