Havana brings the old world lazy charm of Latin America to us
Space is definitely not in short supply at Havana. Its huge premise offers a fine selection of wines and cigars and a breezy cool atmosphere in which to while away the hours imagining you’re Tony Montana. There’s a stage on the 2nd floor so anticipate live music. There’s a wide variety of beers but patrons recommend the Mojito and Havana Colada (Pina Colada). If alcohol’s not your thing, then try their refreshing ginger beer drink, Wonky Donky.
Cajun food is on the menu. But isn’t Havana in Cuba? Who cares when you’ve got gator-on-a-stick in front of you! Havana is pork-free, but yes – Fresh Alligator Meat from Sabah is on the menu (RM24 for 2 skewers). There’s also Beef Back Ribs served with Cajun sauce and the Louisiana Crab Cake served with avocado and twilled swamp spinach. The portions are huge.
