If Emporium Grand Café’s previous prime real estate location screamed for you to pay attention, its current spot, tucked away within the confines of a commercial building suggest that this F & B and entertainment brand has come into its own. Trend Matrix Enterprises Creative Design Director, Kevin Flynn manages to pack a lot into the compact 3000 square feet Fraser Place location with the aid of fluid architectural design. As such Emporium Grand Café, which combines live music, DJs and intelligent lighting, looks deceptively larger than it is.

This semi-fine dining joint and sophisticated lounge can easily accommodate 100 to 150 people with additional space outdoors for dining under the stars. An opulent gold and black theme resonates throughout the interior, from the gold lamps to its chandeliers and tea lights, and is complimented by the combination of suedette chairs in rich, masculine brown and black shades, and granite and timber flooring. Dominating the view is the impressively design marble top bar with a suspended rack to display the varieties of premium liquors to choose.

Emporium has a dedicated of wine and champagne bar with an extensive list of premium labels from around the world, as well as potent brew of cocktails and international beers. Servicing Fraser Place, dining is all day and starts with breakfast straight through to supper. Head Chef Steve skillfully whips up an assortment of international and Mediterranean cuisines from within the open kitchen.
